WHY IT HELPS

Stop rebuilding the same context.

Localize

State and ZIP narrow labor, climate and utility context.

Prioritize

System age highlights inspections and reserve conversations.

Reuse and compare

Supported tools reuse the saved profile. The national index is context; your Passport remains the home-specific record.

PROPERTY PASSPORT FAQ

What this record can—and cannot—prove.

Does HomeCostGrid upload my property records?

No. The Property Cost Passport, My Home Ledger, component plan and saved project board stay in this browser unless you separately choose another submission workflow.

Is the five-year view a forecast?

No. It repeats the amounts you entered, places dated projects and component costs on a planning horizon and keeps overlapping reserves and spending separate.

Does an evidence label verify my document?

No. Evidence labels record what you say you reviewed and when. HomeCostGrid does not authenticate a statement, policy, bill, contract, warranty or inspection file.

Can the Passport replace current quotes and official records?

No. Use current lender statements, tax bills, insurance declarations, HOA records, utility bills, inspections, contracts and warranty documents before making a decision.

What does the redacted Purchase Evidence Pack remove?

The export removes property labels and locations, financial amounts, user-entered source names and URLs, notes, provider names, account or policy identifiers and document contents. It keeps only evidence-area statuses, unresolved actions, fixed public next-step links and limitations.
