ACCESS SHOULD BE PART OF THE BUILD

Accessibility statement.

We aim to make HomeCostGrid understandable and usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom and different devices.

Our target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the working reference for new and materially revised interfaces. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Current practices

Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, labeled form controls, visible keyboard focus, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts and text that can reflow. Calculator results use text alongside color and charts.

Third-party content

Retailer, map, payment, advertising and embedded provider experiences are controlled by their operators. We try to provide a plain link or text context when their accessibility is outside our control.

Known limits and improvement

Older pages, complex tables and dense visual comparisons may still need refinement. We prioritize barriers that block navigation, form completion, calculator use or access to essential information.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Use the contact form, choose “General question,” include “Accessibility” in the subject and describe the page, task, browser and assistive technology involved. We will work to provide the information in an accessible alternative and investigate the barrier.
